Middle Hedge Barn

Middle Hedge Barn has been converted to provide 3,000sq feet of quality office space. This includes a mezzanine that takes full advantage of the stunning views across the nearby Lake.  It is equipped with a mobile phone booster covering all networks and comes with a programmable digital PBX switch and fully racked server room.  An auto backup generator provides reserve power should it be needed. This office can be taken fully furnished if required

Egerton House

In 2009 a 4,000sq feet new office was created. The result is a stunning, environmentally sustainable building that integrates seamlessly with the landscape. This flexible space presents a blank canvas to be fitted out as required.

With its own private access, it would be highly suitable for any business needing a secure and confidential environment.

Egerton House and Middle Hedge Barn can be taken separately or together providing a total of 7,000sq feet of high quality office accommodation.

Storage

Fully insulated dry storage is available is required
